Products will be dispatched upon (i) receipt of your order confirmation and (ii) in the case of prepaid orders, receipt of the purchase price in full. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at checkout (the “Shipping Address”), provided the location is serviceable by us or our logistics partners. Serviceability may be verified on the Site by entering the relevant PIN code.

Title and ownership in the Products shall remain with SleepyHug until delivery at the Shipping Address, as evidenced by the carrier’s delivery confirmation. From and after delivery, the risk of loss, damage, or deterioration shall pass to you and shall be your sole responsibility, save as expressly provided under our applicable warranty, return and refund terms.

If an order is lost or damaged during transit due to the fault of SleepyHug or its logistics partner, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to work with you and the carrier to locate and retrieve the shipment or, at our discretion, arrange a replacement. Where replacement is not feasible, a refund will be processed in accordance with our returns/refunds terms.

Our standard delivery timeline is 4–7 days from dispatch. Timelines are indicative and may vary based on PIN code serviceability, courier capacity, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental restrictions, and other force-majeure events).

If the Shipping Address is not serviceable, we may cancel the order (in whole or in part) and process a refund for any prepaid amount received for the undeliverable item(s).

You are responsible for providing an accurate Shipping Address and being available to take delivery. Any damage occurring after delivery at the Shipping Address shall be at your risk, except as covered by our warranty, return and refund terms.
