The checkout process is hassle-free and entirely online, so you can complete your purchase from the comfort of your home. Once you fill in your delivery details and payment method, confirm the order and you’re done.

  • Yes. We allow guest checkout, so you do not need to create an account to make a purchase. You can simply add products to your cart and check out by providing your shipping and payment details. Creating an account is optional, but it can make future checkouts faster and lets you easily track orders.

  • We accept a range of India-friendly payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in many serviceable locations, so you can pay in cash when the product arrives. All online payments are processed through secure gateways for a safe transaction.

  • Absolutely. Our website uses secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your data. During checkout, you’ll notice trust badges and secure payment indicators that ensure your card or banking information is handled safely. Our privacy policy also underscores that your personal and payment details are kept confidential and used only for order processing, so you can shop with peace of mind.

  • We do allow order cancellations, but only before the product is dispatched from the warehouse. If you change your mind, you should contact our customer care team (via email or phone) as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours of placing the order – to request a cancellation. Once the order is shipped out, modifications or cancellations are usually not possible. In case of a successful cancellation, any payment you made will be refunded to you within about 7–10 working days. At the moment, modifying an order’s details isn’t supported online, so it’s best to double-check your cart before confirming purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India delivery, reaching over 20,000+ pin codes across India. Whether you’re in a major city or a smaller town, chances are we can deliver to your area. You can verify if your specific pin code is serviceable on our website – there’s an option to enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

  • Standard delivery for our orders typically takes about 4 to 7 days after order confirmation. The exact time can vary depending on your location (metro cities might receive items faster, while remote locations could be towards the higher end of that range). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details so you can see the estimated delivery date.

  • No, we provide free shipping on all our products. The price you see for the mattress already includes delivery to your address, with no extra hidden shipping charges.

  • Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number or link via email or SMS. You can click that link to see the real-time status of your shipment and its journey to your address. If you created an account during purchase, you can also log in on our website and check your order status there.

  • In the unlikely event that a shipment gets lost or is damaged during transit, we will work with you to make it right. If an item is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If the product arrives damaged, you should notify us immediately – provide photos of the damage if possible – and we will arrange for a replacement or a solution as per our policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your new mattress. If for some reason you’re not satisfied, you can initiate a return. Mattresses come with a risk-free trial period (often up to 100 nights for you to test the product). The general return policy is around 30 days for other products, meaning you have 30 days after delivery to request a return for most items if they’re unused and in original condition.

  • For mattresses, we offer a generous trial period – typically 100 nights from the date of delivery – during which you can return the mattress if it doesn’t suit you. For other products (like pillows or accessories), the standard return window is 30 days from delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support (either by email at support@sleepyhug.in or by phone) and inform us of your request. Provide your order details and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process – if the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your home.

  • A minor return shipping fee may apply for mattress returns. Return pickups within India are chargeable at around ₹500 (plus taxes) in case of a standard return pickup. However, if you’re returning a product because it arrived damaged or there was an error on our part, we waive any return shipping fee.

Refunds

  • Once your return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will be initiated. Typically, after we have all the required details (like your bank info for COD orders), you will receive the refund in about 5 working days. In the case of prepaid orders, the refund is often processed back to the original payment method and may reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

  • We will notify you via email or SMS once your refund has been processed on our end. After that, allow the stated timeframe for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • In most cases, yes – refunds are returned via the same payment method you used. If you paid online with a credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet, the refund is typically reversed to that source. If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), we will ask for your bank account details to transfer the refund electronically to your account.

  • If the refund hasn’t appeared after the expected processing time, reach out to our customer support with your order details and refund confirmation info. We can help verify if the refund was successfully processed and provide you with a transaction reference to check with your bank.

Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • Our mattresses come with a long-term manufacturer’s warranty. Most of our mattresses have around 10 years of warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Some premium models even offer up to 12 years of warranty for added peace of mind.

  • If you encounter any problem with your mattress that you believe is covered under warranty, the process is straightforward. Reach out to our customer care team and report the issue. We may ask for details like your order number, mattress model, and photos of the problem. Once your claim is submitted, we will evaluate it. If the issue falls under warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the mattress at no extra cost.

  • Our warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects in the mattress. This includes problems like excessive sagging or indentations beyond a certain depth, cracks or splits in the foam under normal use, or defects in the cover’s zipper or stitching due to manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear, stains, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.

  • The length of the warranty depends on the model you purchase. Generally, our mattresses come with warranties ranging from 7 up to 12 years, with most popular models offering 10 years of coverage.

  • Yes. Claims may be rejected if the mattress is stained, soiled, or damaged due to improper use, or if it has been used without proper support. Normal softening over time or minor sagging within the acceptable limit are not considered defects. Claims can also be rejected if unauthorised repairs or alterations were made to the mattress.

Queen: The most popular choice for couples, offering ample space without overwhelming medium-sized rooms. King: Best for couples who want maximum space or families who co-sleep with children.

  • Yes, our mattresses are designed with back care in mind. Orthopaedic features provide proper spinal alignment and targeted support, making them suitable for those who experience back or neck pain.

  • Yes, our mattresses are versatile and can be placed on any sturdy, flat surface. They work well on bed frames with slats, platform beds, or even directly on the floor, as long as the surface is level and supportive.

  • Rotate your mattress every 3–6 months, keep it clean with regular vacuuming, and always use a waterproof mattress protector. Place it on a proper flat base for support, and occasionally air it out to keep it fresh.
