Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility

A Buyer may cancel an order only before dispatch and within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.

2. How to Cancel

To request cancellation, the Buyer must contact SleepyHug Customer Care at support@sleepyhug.in within the above window and provide the order number and registered contact details. Receipt of a cancellation request does not constitute cancellation unless acknowledged by SleepyHug and the order has not been dispatched.

3. Post-Dispatch

Orders that have been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. Such orders may be handled under the applicable return/refund terms, if any.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders.

For eligible cancellations of prepaid orders, any amount received from the Buyer will be refunded to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from our confirmation of cancellation and initiation of the refund. Bank/issuer processing times may vary and are outside SleepyHug’s control.

5. Clarifications

“Working days” means business days excluding weekends and public holidays
