Return Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You must submit a return request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.

2. How to Initiate

To start a return, email support@sleepyhug.in with your order number and registered contact details. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your request is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and instructions for pick-up/dispatch.

3. Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible, the Product must be in the same condition as received—unused/unworn, with all tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Returned Products must be in “donatable condition” (clean, undamaged, and free from stains, tears, odors, or soiling), save for defects reported with the return request and confirmed by our representative.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Where a Product page states that a different/longer trial or no-return condition applies, that listing will prevail.

5. Return Shipping Fee (India)

Return shipping within India is chargeable at ₹500 (excluding taxes) per pick-up/label and will be deducted from the refund or collected separately. If the return is due to defect, wrong item shipped, or transit damage attributable to SleepyHug or our logistics partner, the fee will be waived.

6. Quantity Limits & Trial Abuse Prevention

(a) You may return a maximum of two (2) units of a particular Product per initial order (validated by customer name or Shipping Address).

(b) For Products covered by a 30-night trial (as specified on the Product page), if at least one unit of that Product type from the initial order is returned, that customer or Shipping Address becomes ineligible for any additional 30-night trial on subsequent orders of that Product type.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, after approval, place a new order. Like-for-like exchanges may be offered subject to availability.

8. Inspection & Rejections

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to you; associated shipping charges may apply.

9. Refund Method & Timeline

For eligible returns, you may seek a replacement (where available) or a refund of the purchase price (as per applicable Product warranty/return terms).

• Prepaid orders: refunds are issued to the original payment method

• COD orders: refunds are made via bank transfer; upon request you must share your official email address and bank account details.

Once (i) the returned Product is received and verified and (ii) any required refund details are provided, we initiate the refund within five (5) working days. Bank/issuer processing times vary and may take an additional 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.

10. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact support@sleepyhug.in immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and repair, replace, or refund in accordance with this Policy and our warranty terms.
