Bought it for my wife as she has spondylitis problem but sleeping on it for one night only and my wife's spondylitis problem has increased. In the mattress there are only ordinary sponge. They are selling it with the tag of ortho mattress but it is not so. The mattress seller are faking with the customers.

This product is pathetic. The specs mention that it's an orthopaedic mattress but in reality your spines get stuck once you sleep. It's really a great comfort mattress. Texture is very good. It makes spine in its shape. Hope it remain same for 4-5 years

The media could not be loaded. The mattres arrived it was too thin than our previous STD sleepwell mattress and shorter in size for a queens bed std size 75x60, this came in 72x60. We have been requesting for return. But SleepyHug says if seller approves they will revert. This has never been the case till now with SleepyHug return policy. The process is bad and unresponsive and mattress is taking all the space in bedroom and causing inconvenience. Recommend not to buy online just incase it doesn't fit and it looked very thick in the picture but actual size is thin and uncomfortable

Using from 2 weeks, a bit hard than wakefit but it's good that after sitting at edges one will not fall down as was the case with wakefit mattess, good back support also. Other side is anti slip which is helpful when used on floor, the matress will not slip while sleeping sitting or kids Playing

They are continiously spamming me for review.

Product is okayish, but the after sale support is pathetic. They are continuously calling me every day for feedback. More than the usability of the product and serve the customer, they are only concerned about sales.I would encourage everyone to think twice before buying this product because they will call and spam you for feedback continuously

Relaxing, pain in waist and back got reduced. Initially I was experiencing pain, but after one to two weeks of use pain got reduced substantially. Looking satisfied as of now. I have to wait and watch how it sags after long use. Otherwise I will highly recommend.
