Orders are shipped once confirmed. For prepaid purchases, dispatch happens after payment receipt. Products are delivered only to serviceable PIN codes provided at checkout.

Transit & Responsibility

Title and ownership remain with SleepyHug until delivery. Any damage after delivery is the customer’s responsibility, except where covered by warranty, returns, or refunds.
